Google searches, Twitter mentions of John Kasich spike after GOP debate

Donald Trump is still dominating the political conversation online, but his opponent John Kasich is getting some more traction.

From 3 p.m. Thursday to 3 p.m. Friday, Google searches for Kasich rose 234 percent and his Twitter mentions rose 655 percent. The spike is likely from Thursday night’s GOP presidenital debate.
