Semi driver killed in crash on State Road 2 on Tuesday night

A semi driver died Tuesday night after his semi truck crashed into the back of another semi truck on the west side of St. Joseph County.

A semi truck hauling steel was attempting to turn in the area of S.R. 2 near Larrison Boulevard when a semi truck hauling wood crashed into the back of it, our news partners ABC 57 reported.

The driver hauling wood was killed.

The crash is still under investigation.
