Two Mishawaka railroad crossings closed Wednesday, Thursday

Two railroad crossings in Mishawaka will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday, May 11 and 12, as crews upgrade the infrastructure.

Barricades and signs will alert drivers that they can’t cross the tracks on South Logan Street and Smith Street for the project, according to a news release.

This is part of a larger Norfolk Southern project to upgrade railroad crossings from South Bend to Osceola.
