Fair season is officially underway as the St. Joseph County 4-H Fair began Friday, July 1.
Grounds open at 7 a.m. daily and shut down at 11 p.m. through July 9. The commercial building is open from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and the Midway opens daily at 2 p.m.
Admission varies but is free before 9 a.m. daily and all day for kids 8 and younger.
St. Joseph County 4-H Fair events include Three Dog Night in concert, a Fair Queen pageant, rodeos, derby cross, full size car derby, a sprint race, a monster truck show and and a tractor pull.
