As the Republican National Convention draws closer, speculation is rising about the GOP ticket for the White House.
Presumed Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has reportedly narrowed his list of potential vice presidential candidates down to five people: Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions and Iowa Sen. Joni Ernst.
If Pence is chosen and accepts the offer, he must withdraw from the Indiana gubernatorial race by July 15. The Indiana Republican Party would then chose a different nominee for the governor race.
