Members of the public are invited to a memorial walk Tuesday afternoon in honor of the two bailiffs killed in the Berrien County Courthouse shooting on Monday.

Joe Zangaro, 61, and Ron Kienzle, 63, were shot and killed by county jail inmate Larry Darnell Gordon while he was attempting to break out of the courthouse, Sheriff Paul Bailey said. Gordon also shot sheriff’s deputy James Atterberry Jr. and an unidentified female civilian, both who were last listed in stable condition at Lakeland Hospital.

The memorial walk will begin at the Berrien County Courthouse in St. Joseph, Mich. at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Michigan State Sen. John Proos said. The group will then walk to the Berrien County Law Enforcement Memorial at Lake Bluff Park.
