Frost advisory issued for Michiana area Friday morning

The time has come to cover your plants and/or bring them indoors. Also, get your ice scrapers ready.

A frost advisory has been by the National Weather Service in Northern Indiana for the entire 95.3 MNC listening area early Friday morning. The advisory will be officially in effect from 4 a.m. until 8 a.m. Friday morning.

Temperatures will be around 35 to 37 degrees in areas around and north of U.S. 30.

Don’t expect the frosty conditions to last. Temperatures are expected to warm up to the low 70s Saturday.
