Fifteen arrests made during Warsaw Police Department drug sweep

The Warsaw Police Department served 14 drug arrest warrants Thursday afternoon.

To top it off, a 15th arrest was made when the person allegedly resisted arrest. All of the suspects below were booked into Kosciusko County Jail unless specified.

  • Todd M. Clay, 25, of Warsaw is being held on a $15,250 bond for; Induce/Aid: Dealing in a narcotic drug more than one (1) gram, a level 4 felony, Induce/Aid: Possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony.
  • Devin S. Gerding, 20, of Warsaw is being held on a $15,250 bond for; Induce/Aid: Dealing in a narcotic drug, a level 4 felony, Induce/Aid: Possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony.
  • Danielle M. Hughes, 25, of Warsaw is being held on a $10,250 bond for; Dealing in a narcotic drug, a level 5 felony. Possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony.
  • Caleb J. Jenkins, 19, of Winona Lake is being held on a $600 cash bond for; Dealing in marijuana, a class A misdemeanor.
  • Patrick A. Manges, 31, of Milford is being held on a $10,250 bond for; Dealing in Methamphetamine, a level 5 felony, Possession of Methamphetamine, a level 6 felony. He was booked into Elkhart County Jail.
  • Timothy J. O’Brien, 26, of Warsaw is being held on a $10,250 bond for; Dealing in a narcotic drug, a level 5 felony.
  • Lindsey R. Park, 27, of Milford is being held on a $20,250 bond for; Dealing in Methamphetamine, a level 3 felony, Possession of Methamphetamine, a level 5 felony.
  • Rashel A. Park, 36, of Milford is being held on a $15,250 bond for; Dealing in Methamphetamine, a level 4 felony, P ossession of Methamphetamine, a level 6 felony.
  • Tyler D. Prater, 19, of South Whitley is being held on a $10,250 bond for; Dealing in a narcotic drug, a level 5 felony, Possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony.
  • Donta W. Redden, 19, of Winona Lake is being held on a $25,250 bond for; Dealing in a narcotic drug more than ten (10) grams, a level 2 felony.
  • Xavier W. Russell, 31, of Milford is being held on a $15,250 bond for; Two (2) counts of dealing in Methamphetamine, a level 4 felony, Two (2) counts of possession of Methamphetamine, a level 6 felony.
  • Neeley J. Schwinnen, 45, of Warsaw is being held on a $750 cash bond for; Resisting law enforcement, a class A misdemeanor.
  • Ryan A. Tucker, 19, of Warsaw is being held on a $600 cash bond for; Dealing in marijuana, a class A misdemeanor.
  • Tabitha P. Tucker, 20, of Warsaw is being held on a $600 cash bond for; Dealing in marijuana, a class A misdemeanor.
  • Abel A. Villegas, 27, of Goshen is being held on a $15,250 bond for; Dealing in Methamphetamine, a level 4 felony, Possession of Methamphetamine, a level 6 felony. He was booked into Noble County Jail.

These warrants are a culmination of several months of drug investigations from the Warsaw Police Department‘s Narcotics Unit. The Warsaw Police Department was assisted by the Indiana State Police, Indiana Department of Corrections Parole Division, Winona Lake Police, South Whitley Police, and the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department.
