A North Webster man has been arrested on charges of inappropriately touching a young girl.
46-year-old Michael Daniels is with one count of child molesting, according to News Now Warsaw.
The charges result from an alleged incident back in September while a family were guests at Daniels’ lake cottage. The girl said she was sleeping on the top bunk, when Daniels touched her.
The girl’s mother sent a text to Daniels’ wife to tell her what happened. His wife said that she talked to Daniels and he said he was drunk and could not say for sure that it didn’t happen.
Daniels was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail and is currently out on bond.
