A teenager was killed and as many as 7 others were injured in a crash on State Road 23 near Fir Road in Granger on Sunday, Dec. 18.
The crash happened around 4 p.m. when a passenger vehicle slid into the path of an oncoming van, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.
The teen killed in the crash has been identified as 18-year-old Anna Barnard. She lives in Goshen, but was a foreign exchange student from England, according to police.
The injuries suffered by the survivors were described as non-life-threatening, ABC 57 reported.
Traffic on SR 23 was blocked between Cleveland Road and Fir Road for the investigation.
SR 23 is blocked off between Fir and Cleaveland while crews work the scene.
