A Goshen man is accused of filming his girlfriend’s daughter without her knowledge.

47-year-old Hiram Vega has been charged with a count of voyeurism, according to ABC 57.

His girlfriend contacted Goshen Police in October, claiming that she found video of her daughter on Vega’s phone. She said the video showed her daughter waling out of a bathroom and removing her towel. The video also appears to show Vega setting up the camera and trying to conceal it, according to court documents.

The horrified girl told police that Vegas was like a father to her, and that she was embarrassed.
