Plymouth police arrest man accused of trying to rob Kroger, customer

The Plymouth Police Department has arrested a man who allegedly tried to rob a Kroger, then tried to double his luck afterwards by trying to rob a customer.

It all happened Jan. 12 at about 10:30 p.m at the Kroger on North Michigan St. in Plymouth, according to WSBT.

Witnesses say that, after trying to rob the store, Sean Critchlow approached a customer. The victim told police Critchlow got physical with them, then took their merchandise.

Critchlow ended up running off after a customer fired a gun into the air, according to witnesses.

Surveillance photo and public tips were key in arresting Critchlow, according to police. He’s facing robbery and attempted robbery charges.
