Man on parole arrested on meth-related charges in Dowagiac

A 38-year-old man on parole for a prior conviction was arrested after members of the The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team found methamphetamine paraphernalia inside a home in the 400 block of W. High Street in Dowagiac.

The call to the home happened on Tuesday, Jan. 31.

The man was arrested on charges of obstructing justice, destruction of evidence and possession of methamphetamine, according to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.

The investigation is still underway.
