ATF joins investigation into Shipshewana gun theft

A burglar made off with a large number of firearms when he or she burglarized a Shipshewana store Friday morning.

The Dutchman Hunting Supplies store on the 8400 block of W. U.S. 20 was broken into Friday morning, according to the LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department.

A $5,000 reward is being offered by both the sheriff’s department as well as the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms for information that leads to an arrest and the recovery of the weapons.
