Police chase into Niles ends in collision, arrest

A man has been arrested after leading police on a chase in southwest Michigan.

It happened during the late night hours of Tuesday, Feb. 14, according to Michigan State Police.

The pursuit chase began near Fir Road, then continued west for about two miles, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

The chase ended at Redfield Road and Batchelor in Niles when the driver crashed into a street sign, ABC 57 reported.
