Holcomb lays out update on legislative agenda during visit in South Bend

Monday, March 6, marks the start of the second half of the legislative session in Indiana.

During his address to the South Bend Regional Chamber of Commerce this past Friday, Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb provided a progress report on his Next Level Legislative Agenda at the halfway point of session.

“I am encouraged by the collaboration and shared focus we’ve seen so far in this legislative session,” Gov. Holcomb said.  “We have made significant progress on the Next Level agenda, and I look forward to working with the Indiana General Assembly to move forward these initiatives.”

Holcomb’s Next Level Agenda includes make Indiana a jobs magnet, funding a long-term plan for roads and bridges, prepare a skilled and ready 21st-century workforce, attack the state’s drug epidemic and delivering great government service.
