La Casa is celebrating a revitalization project in Goshen that has seen its first success.

The non-profit housing agency in Goshen finished its first property in the $1.3 million dollar East Lincoln Crossroads revitalization project Thursday afternoon, according to the Elkhart Truth.

The changes at the historic Goshen home near Lincoln and Cottage, built in 1874, have transformed it into five modern apartments.

Four other homes will also undergo changes, selected for their close proximity to downtown Goshen.
