$20,000 worth of remote control planes, cars taken from home in Niles Township

Police in Berrien County are looking for the suspects they say broke into a home and stole around $20,000 worth of remote control airplanes and cars taken from the garage.

Officers were called to the home in the 1800 block of Ontario Road in Niles Township around 1:40 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, after the homeowner discovered the break-in.

There is no word of any suspect information.

Michiana Crime Stoppers is offering a reward up to $1,000 for information leading to their arrest.

Anyone with information is asked to submit an anonymous tip online, or through a link on their Facebook page. Tipsters can also call toll free at (800) 342-STOP.
