An Eau Claire man has died in a shooting Monday night in Benton Township.

Police say it happened just before 8 p.mm Monday at North Benton Center and Red Arrow Highway. The South Bend Tribune reports that police have arrested 22 year-old Derrick Bailey of Coloma.

Witnesses say the victim, 37 year-old Nicholaus Kling of Eau Claire, was apparently shot during a dispute in a vehicle. Kling died of his inuries at the scene and the investigation continues.
