Witnesses told police the two got into a heated discussion, then Rosales left the bar, according to St. Joseph County Prosecutor Ken Cotter who named Rosales as a suspect during a news conference on Tuesday, June 13.

Bueno was confronted by Rosales when he left the bar, Cotter stated.

The two fought in the parking lot. Witnesses told police that friends of Rosales held and struck Bueno and Rosales fired his gun, several times from less than three feet away, according to Cotter.

Rosales should be considered armed and dangerous, Cotter stated.

Anybody with information on the whereabouts of Rosales is asked to contact St. Joseph County Metro Homicide at 574-235-5009, or  Michiana Crime Stoppers at 574-288-7867.
