Three 18-year-old boys are facing drug charges after a Marshall County traffic stop early Monday morning.

Officers pulled over a blue Audi in the area of U.S. 30 and Beech Road near Bourbon. The teen at the wheel was allegedly speeding, but an officer smelled marijuana coming from the car during the traffic stop.

Officers investigated and allegedly found 35 grams of marijuana, marijuana wax, 9 Xanax pills, marijuana grinders, pipes, and scales.

Colten Bailey, Mitchell Vongunten, and Garrett Millhouse were arrested and taken to Marshall County Jail.

A woman was allegedly found with a total of six syringes during a traffic stop in the area of U.S. 6 and Oak Road Sunday night.

Marshall County Police say an officer stopped a car at approximately 11:00 p.m. for an expired license plate.

That officer reported finding five syringes in 32-year-old Ava Strieter’s vehicle, then the sixth was found during a search at Marshall County Jail.
