Another restaurant chain has its eye on Mishawaka.

Stacked Pickle is owned by former Indianapolis Colt player Gary Brackett, who won a Super Bowl with the team during his nine-year career. His plan for the Princess City involves a location of his popular downstate sports bar restaurant becoming an anchor tenant of The Mill at Ironworks Plaza, according to the South Bend Tribune.

The development, just south of Beutter Park, would be the home of the ninth Stacked Pickle location. This would also help his company pursue future franchise opportunities.

The developer hopes groundbreaking on the property will begin in August or September.
