South Bend Community Schools looking for new administration staff

The South Bend Community School District is looking to fill an opening on their administration staff.

At Monday’s meeting, the school board decided to not renew the contract of Dr. G. David Moss, the Director of African-American Student and Parent Services.

ABC 57 reports that Moss held that position for nearly four years, and there have several complaints about him calling for his removal over the years. In one case, in the spring of 2015, Moss was criticized for planning a field trip that was specifically for black students. More recent complaints suggested he wasn’t doing enough for black students.

Superintendent Dr. Kenneth Spells says the School Corporation has received several applications but expect more, and the screening process is already underway for a replacement.

More stupidity as usual July 11, 2017 at 2:59 pm

Wow! Who knew South Bend had so many African immigrants that we need to pay a Dr. to handle all of them and their parents? Oh…Just regular black American citizens? That seems odd doesn’t it? Pay a person to deal with just black students and their parents? Wonder what there is to do that is different than any student would require? Are black people different than all other people? Must be! I always suspected this to be true.
I sure hope they hire an European American, Italian American, Asian American, Canadian American, Jamaican American, Japanese American, Chinese American, Polish American, Hungarian American, Eastern Indian American…Can we afford all of this? Who cares? We obviously need them because everyone in America is different than everyone else in America and can not be expected to just be American! Obviously!!!
