A Union Michigan man has been arrested after police say they found child pornography and meth at his home.
Investigators served a search warrant on the home in the 13000 block of U.S. 12 and allegedly uncovered a computer containing pornographic images of children and methamphetamine.
The 44-year-old suspect was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of child pornography, possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to deliver, and maintaining a drug house.
Deputies say this case is still under investigation.

The people were arrested in Cass County after detectives were tipped off about a man coming to the area from Kalamazoo to sell methamphetamine.
On Thursday, July 13, Detectives located the suspect vehicle in a parking lot in the 600 block of North Front Street in Dowagiac. The two male occupants of the vehicle were detained and a third female was detained upon exiting a nearby store.
During the investigation it was learned through store surveillance that the female had gone into the store bathroom after seeing that police were at her vehicle. The 32-year-old woman from Kalamazoo arrested on preliminary charges of Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Distribute an Analogous Substance and Destruction of Evidence. One of the passengers, a 47-year-old Allegan man was also arrested on unrelated warrants.
On Friday, detectives returned to the store when it was noticed that the women’s toilet was not working. The toilet was removed and the contents examined. Inside the toilet detectives located a bag of methamphetamine along with syringes. The 32-year-old woman was additionally charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.

Officers with the Berrien County Sheriff Department executed a search warrant for narcotics on Thursday, July 13, in the 1200 block of Parkway Dr. in Benton Township. This search warrant was a result of an eight month long investigation into the distribution of cocaine and marijuana. One person was a result of this search warrant and detectives seized over six ounces of high grade marijuana, ammunition, several prescription opioid medications, numerous drug packaging materials, a vehicle, and over $500.00 in cash.
