Pair of Elkhart robbery suspects sentenced to prison

A pair of robbery suspects have been sentenced in Elkhart County.

19-year-old Justin Kroskie was sentenced to six years in prison and six years probation Thursday after robbing a 14-year-old boy during a marijuana sale. The Elkhart Truth reports Kroskie and 19-year-old Dominic Williams allegedly left the victim injured in an alley on March 2016. Williams also received six years in prison, followed by three years probation.

Meanwhile, 19-year-old Dana Minies Junior was sentenced to 10 years in prison for robbing a gas station at gunpoint. The Elkhart Truth also reports that Minies was one of three men who robbed the Energy Oil station on South Main Street in March 2016.
