DECATUR, Mich. (AP) — Police in southwestern Michigan have recovered new lawn mowers, a golf cart, a farm tractor and other items stolen from businesses in northern Indiana.

MLive.com reports Saturday that a 39-year-old South Bend man and 40-year-old Elkhart woman have been charged with receiving and concealing stolen property.

Van Buren County sheriff’s deputies found the items after noticing a 32-foot travel trailer parked along train tracks Friday afternoon near Decatur, southwest of Grand Rapids.

Several zero-turn lawn mowers, an off-road all-terrain vehicle and a number of hauling trailers also were found on the property near the tracks. Police say most of the items were new and from businesses in Goshen and Middlebury.

As police were searching the property, the two Indiana residents drove up with a trailer hauling another lawn mower.
