A trio of teenagers were arrested Thursday night after assaulting a woman and stealing her husband’s SUV.

The attack happened at 7:40 a.m. Thursday on Belmont Avenue. The victim was approached by the teenagers while moving items from one vehicle to another.

The police report says she was punched in the face and knocked to the ground. She made it to the front door and called to her husband, letting him know his Lexus was stolen and she’d been attacked. Officials say she faces a three-month recovery process.

The suspects were taken into custody at 8:40 Thursday night at Cedar Glen Apartments. Due to their ages, their names have not been released.
