South Bend Mayor Buttigieg signs synthetic marijuana crackdown ordinance

Less than a week after South Bend council members approved an ordinance cracking down on synthetic marijuana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg has signed off, to put it into effect.

The ordinance adds synthetic marijuana to the list of prohibited substances, allowing the City to fine dealers and businesses up to $2,500 for a violation.
