The theme of the Portillo’s restaurant that will open Mishawaka has been revealed.

The restaurant will feature a prohibition-themed interior, drawing décor inspiration from the 1920’s era.

The restaurant will also feature a bench from Notre Dame Stadium, as a way to honor the Fighting Irish.

The 9,000-square foot restaurant will include seating for more than 200 customers, a seasonal outdoor patio, and drive-thru.

The restaurant will feature everything customers have known to love from their Chicagoland locations, including Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, char-grilled burgers, salads, and, of course, their famous chocolate cake.

The restaurant is being built at 5102 N. Main Street in Mishawaka. The restaurant is set to open in early 2018.

Fans can register for a chance to attend a sneak peek training meal before the official opening at the Mishawaka Portillo’s website.
