A pizzeria near Notre Dame is going to be shut down for at least a week.

Blaze Pizza, located in the Eddy Street Commons, was shut down Monday for unsanitary practices. The South Bend Tribune reports that, as of 1:30 p.m. Monday, patrons that went to the restaurant were greeted by an “order to close” sign on the entry door. This, after some customers were served when it opened two hours before.

A hearing on Blaze Pizza’s re-opening is set for Monday morning at 11 a.m. The restaurant must pass re-inspection in order to open.
