A local store specializing in costumes, party decorations and, as it’s employees would tell you, fun is changing how it’s doing business.

Fun F/X is closing its Grape Road location in Mishawaka.

In a Facebook posting, the “suppliers of fun” stated that the retail industry has changed, with the growth of online retail and “skyrocketing overhead” to blame for the store’s ability to serve customers.

However, the company isn’t going away. Fun F/X will instead relocate operations to their South Bend warehouse and will exclusively serve online customers at their website.

Temporary locations for Halloween season will also return next year.
