South Bend Cubs holding national anthem auditions next month

If you’ve ever wanted to sing the national anthem before a South Bend Cubs game, your chance to do so is coming up.

The South Bend Cubs will hold auditions for anyone who wants to sing about the red glare of rockets and stars bursting in the air on Saturday, Feb. 17 at University Park Mall in Mishawaka from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

However, it’s best to register beforehand because walk-up auditions might not be accepted due to time constraints. The first 100 people to pre-register for the event will receive a pre-scheduled audition time.

Audition forms are available by clicking here. Forms can be emailed to marketing@southbendcubs.com or dropped off at the South Bend Cubs Main Office at Four Winds Field by Feb. 12.

More information about the requirements for the audition are available by clicking here.
