With Alabama’s win over Georgia Monday night, the College Football season has officially come to a close.
The Notre Dame Fighting Irish wrapped up a 10-3 season with a Citrus Bowl win over LSU. That was good enough for 11th Place in the final Associated Press Top 25 Poll, which was released Tuesday morning.
Seven of Notre Dame’s opponents finished in the Top 25, and unbeaten UCF, which says it has a claim to the title of National Champions due to their 13-0 finish, ended up in 6th place.
