Third person arrested months after May home invasion in South Bend

A third person has now been charged in a home invasion and armed robbery that happened in May in South Bend.

The incident happened at a house on Twyckenham. The victim told police that someone came to his door and pointed a pistol at him before pushing into the house.

The suspect reportedly bound the victim and two young girls in the house with duct tape and two other suspects entered the house, who the victim identified as Jason Gibson and Shayla Brazier. The home was ransacked and several televisions were stolen.

Gibson and Brazier were each charged with three counts of armed robbery in June. Deangelo Pierre Dove was arrested on Sunday and faces similar counts.
