Police investigate reported shooting at Casey’s General Store in Osceola

Mishawaka Police are investigating a report of a shooting at Casey’s General Store on Lincoln Way East, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

The incident happened around 4 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 19.

The store is located just east of Bittersweet Road in Osceola.

Few details are known about what exactly happened, but images from the scene showed police combing the area around a silver-colored Toyota vehicle. Police say there were indications that the man likely shot himself. The condition of the victim has not been released.

Police had cleared the scene by around 6 a.m. according to ABC 57.
