A man known in the Warsaw community for his involvement in youth sports is accused of providing alcohol to a 16-year-old and then inappropriately touching him.

Court documents say the 16-year-old was at Lance Leeper’s home on New Year’s Eve. The 46-year-old allegedly provided vodka to the teen, who drank it and then spent the night.

The teen reportedly awoke to Leeper touching him without his consent, according to documents.

Leeper previously served as the president of the Warsaw Little League, and had been involved in the youth organization for a number of years.

Leeper was arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail Friday night. His bond was set at $25,250.
