A person of interest in the death of two Delphi teens is back in Indiana.

32-year-old Daniel Nations was transported to the Hoosier state from Colorado for failure to report as a sex offender.  He had been arrested in Colorado after allegedly threatening people with a hatchet on a Colorado hiking trail.

He has not been named a suspect in the deaths of Abigail Williams and Liberty German, but was interviewed by Indiana State Police in connection to the case.

He is now in custody in the Johnson County Jail.
