Elkhart drug house raided Tuesday morning

Elkhart Police arrested three people during a drug raid at a home that seems to have had a little bit of everything for sale, according to police.

The officers went to the home in the 400 block of West Franklin Street early Tuesday morning and arrested 33-year-old Robert Peugh, 21 year old Cheyenne Oakley, and 45 year old Tara Trotter.

Police say they seized the following:

  • Over 230 pills
  • 580 grams of synthetic drug (marijuana)
  • Over 20 grams of ecstasy
  • Over 30 grams of methamphetamine
  • Over 1 gram of cocaine
  • Over 4 grams of heroin
  • 27 grams of marijuana
  • Paraphernalia
  • Syringes
  • Money
  • Shotgun

Peugh and Oakley were each arrested on preliminary charges of dealing a controlled substance (heroin), dealing cocaine, dealing in a controlled substance (ecstasy), maintaining a common nuisance, dealing a synthetic drug, dealing in methamphetamine, possession of a legend drug, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of a syringe.

Trotter had an Elkhart County warrant for her arrest.
