A teen that went missing in South Bend Wednesday night has been found.
In fact, officials say 16-year-old Caleb Graef turned himself in to Illinois State Police in a Chicago suburb.
His parents were concerned because he didn’t have a license or a vehicle and reportedly left without his cell phone or laptop.
