An Ohio man is in LaGrange County jail on cocaine and drunk driving charges.

Indiana State Police pulled over 26-year-old Francisco Gallardo Cortes of Cleveland shortly after 1 a.m. Wednesday on the Indiana Toll Road about four miles west of the Howe exit.

Officers became suspicious that he was intoxicated and they allegedly were correct on that hunch as Cortes was allegedly found to be one and a half times above the legal limit.

63 grams of suspected cocaine were also reportedly found in the vehicle, along with digital scales and over $500 in cash.
