Controversy is brewing over a church sign in Auburn.

The Remnant Fellowship Church has a sign outside that says “LGBTQ is a hate crime against God. Repent.” Below, a smaller sign says “all are welcome.”

This woman tells ABC 21 in Fort Wayne she’s not a fan of the message:

“I kind of sat there for a little bit, what am I supposed to do about this,” said Kristin Russell. “I saw the message ‘stay open-minded’ in the letters, so I thought, why don’t I just change it to that?”

So she did, but they changed it back quickly.

A church pastor says they’re not intolerant of others’ beliefs, but they are finding those on the other side of the issue to be intolerant of their beliefs.

Believing what the Bible says does not equal hate as intolerant LGBT And dems WANT you to believe. The sign however is correct. Our job is to love all children of God and welcome them to fellowship. If their heart is changed through their worshipping, good for them, if not, still good for them!
God still loves them and so should we.
