Mentone man rescued after falling into grain bin

A man was successfully rescued from a grain bin after become trapped Tuesday morning.

Mentone Fire, Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory, Tippecanoe Township, Rochester Fire, Mentone Police & Lutheran EMS all responded to the call for a grain bin rescue at S.R. 25 on the border of Kosciusko and Fulton Counties.

Crews used tactical trench cave-in equipment to make the rescue, which took about 40 minutes.
