30 pounds of pot found during traffic stop on Indiana Toll Road

An Indiana State Police Trooper conducting a routine traffic stop on the Indiana toll Road discovered a large amount of illegal drugs.

Around 1 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 6, the trooper in Porter County pulled over a Dodge Durango on suspicion of speeding. The driver appeared extremely nervous when questioned, according to a news release from Indiana

A K9 officer was brought in, and the subsequent search turned up 30 pounds of marijuana in two large duffel bags. J

Jairo Martinez of Chino Hills, California was arrested and charged with a felony charge of dealing marijuana and a misdemeanor possession charge.
