Man arrested for OWI after crashing golf cart

A 24-year-old man was jailed on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated after he crashed a golf cart at Jellystone Campground in Plymouth.

The collision happened around 11 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 11.

The driver, Zachary Armentrout, 24, crashed into a shed and fence, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

Armentrout told police he had been drinking beer and lost control of the vehicle, ABC 57 reported.
