It’s eight years in prison for a man who prosecutors say caused a wrong-way crash that claimed a man’s life.
53-year-old Russell Stull pleaded guilty last month to causing death while operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
The crash happened back in March when Stull drove the wrong-way on U.S. 31 and collided with a vehicle driven by Stephen Pletcher.
According to court documents, Stull’s blood alcohol level was around three times the legal liimt.
