A new report has ranked Indiana among the states with the fewest registered sex offenders, per capita, in the nation.

Analysts at “A Secure Life” evaluated data from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to provide a complete ranking of the states with the highest and lowest number of registered sex offenders per 100,000 residents.

According to the data, Indiana fell on the low end of the spectrum, claiming the 2nd spot on the list of states with the fewest offenders. The State of Michigan is ranked 4th on the list of states with the highest number of offenders per capita.
