Ringo Starr and other shows relocate after plaster falls from Ceiling at The Morris

(Spencer Marsh/95.3 MNC)

Plaster falling from the ceiling at the Morris Performing Arts Center in South Bend has forced three shows to find new venues.

It was a two-and-a-half foot piece of the plaster that came crashing down, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

Out of an abundance of safety, Ringo Starr And His All Star Band have moved to the Century Center for the concert on Sunday, Sep. 9.

South Bend Orchestra’s West Side Story is moving to the Debartolo Performing Arts Center later this month.

The Alison Krauss performance is moving, as well, ABC 57 reported.

Ticketholders are being notified of the changes. Anybody who would rather get a refund can do so through the Morris ticket office.
