16-year-old boy struck, killed by train in Milford

A 16-year-old Milford boy died after he was struck by a train.

The collision happened around 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct 1, in Milford, according to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.

The investigation indicates Samuel Allen Pamer walked into the path of a Norfolk Southern train.

Several crossings were blocked for several hours afterward.

The crash remains under investigation.
