The search continues for Anthony Patton Jr, who prosecutors say shot and killed his child’s grandmother at Anderson Apartments in South Bend.

Patton Jr. is now charged in connection with the shooting death of Tomara Agnew, 40, on Sunday, Oct. 7. He is also charged in connection with shots that were fired at a South Bend Police Officer.

Patton Jr. is charged with murder, attempted murder, pointing a firearm, resisting law enforcement and a firearm sentencing enhancement.
