It was a busy Halloween morning for Elkhart County Sheriff’s deputies who spent the overnight hours arresting one suspected intoxicated driver after another.
By early morning, four people were pulled over and apprehended:
- Billy Jo Miller-Operating while Intoxicated-Felony
- Robert Winings-Operating while Intoxicated-Misdemeanor
- Jason Holmes-Operating while Intoxicated-Misdemeanor
- Kenneth Depree III-Operating while Intoxicated-Misdemeanor
A fifth person, Winter Colwell, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
